Just about everything. I'm easily entertained. This time of year I love a fire, and the smell of pumpkin spice. I really wanted to carve pumpkins this year, but we left them out on our patio and forgot. Maybe I'll make pumpkin pie. I am hopelessly in love with my soon to be wife. We like lots of history stuff, art history mostly, and enjoying the outdoors. The past I've lived fascinates me, and the past before I lived enthralls me. All the little things and the concept of vastness. Conversation.
I'd like to meet:
Only Elvis. Okay not only but mostly... plus Johnny Depp, Bette Midler, Babs, Martha, Tom Hanks, Robert Plant. I've already met the love of my life and Tori Amos, what else could a girl ask for? Well, maybe a little more time with Tori.
Music:
You know, whatever. I'm not particular. It depends on what mood I'm in. I just love it. Pretty much all of it. But since I feel the need to decide some favorites lately, I'd say ultimately it's Zeppelin.
Movies:
Anything that has been directed by Tim Burton, and Musicals starring Barbra Streisand. Plus, the Goonies... it has a sparkly jeweled ending.
Television:
OH! I got a TV! and cable! Netflix is my friend. Charmed is my all time favorite TV. I'm still an HGTV addict and I've recently discovered Damages. I love Heros, and I have my DVR set to record Martha, yeah... I'm serious. I watch SpongeBob cause Lee makes me. But I don't pretend to hate it, does that mean I really don't hate it?
Books:
Out of the ordinary, magical and mystical, or vampiresque. Yeah, vampires. Hot. I'm a catalog junkie. Tennesse Williams is weird and a bigot, but I'm always reading his egotistical freudian crap. I hate that. Robert Frost is more than meets the eye, it's not all about foliage, foresets and apples, people! His code fascinates me.
Heroes:
Lee is my hero. She is a volunteer firefighter/paramedic and works in a clinic. She has a heart of gold and there's nothing she wouldn't do for anyone.
