Helping Hand started in late 2005 and we played our first show and released a demo tape in early 2006. Since then we have played several shows in Western Massachusetts and a few others in Boston, NYC, and New Jersey. In April 2007 we recorded and self-released a 7 song CD. The run on the CDs is hand numbered, hand screened/stamped and limited to 75. These are still available.
