About my hubby and me. We are simple people doesn't take much to make us happy. Just enjoying life and each other. As my husband would say, I am just a squirrel trying to get a nut.We have been married for 13 years this past November 11th. Both of us have learned that family is the most important treasure you can have as watching our parents and grandparents pass. Life is short! That old saying here today gone tommarow is so true. Too many people take that for granted. This year we had a mid life crisis and bought a Harley, we love taking rides together. Material things have never really mattered to us but that was one big purchase that was well worth the money. As that old Beatles song Money can't buy you love! I have a son and a daughter, who along with my husband are my daily inspiration for life. My daughter is having our first grandson in Dec. Little Lane Michael.We are so looking forward to that Christmas present!My husband has a son,and 2 daughters. His oldest daughter had our !st grandaughter named Taylor who is a year old now and just a joy to have her around as she is learning to walk and has found new friends with our little dog Harley and our 2 cats Lexy and Isis..well maybe not Isis she not very playful with kids yet..she"ll learn though. All our kids are grown and gone so it's just me and my hubby now. Unlike alot of married couples after the kids are all grown, we actually enjoy each other as it should be, we are each others best friend.Conversation has never lacked in our household that's for sure. It's all about keeping love alive through the years, and taking the better or for worse part of the marriage vows. Because we have had both and managed to forgive the worst and live for the better! My husband is the greatest he always makes me feel so loved. There's not a morning that goes buy he doesn't give my a kiss and tells me he loves me. My kids are the same way even as old as they are that kiss and hug and I love you mom means the world to me and their phone calls, not because they need or want something, just because they wanted to talk and see what was going on..kids don't do that much anymore. My husband and I have been very blessed to have our life the way it is today
