Music is my emotional rescue. I listen to all genres of music depending on my mood. My oldest son has inspired me to listen to more baroque and classical music, like: Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin, among other musical prodigies. I give some credit to my older brother for introducing me to classic and progressive rock at a very young age (although his preference has changed since then). My ex husband, a classical guitarist (on the side), introduced me to a wider range of quality guitar sounds. After reading "1984" I spend less time in front of it (Television)
I enjoy reading old novels, a favorite of mine is Gustave Flaubert's Madame Bovary. Here's a few of my favorite authors: Charles Dickens, Miguel de Cervantes, Mark Twain, Jane Austen, Ernest Hemingway, George Orwell, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Isabelle Allende, Howard Zinn...much more. I have a collection of cookbooks.
