So I finally understand why people say that "change is good". The biggest change of all will be in about a year when I (finally!) graduate and hopefully head out west for grad school! The most important lesson I have learned to date is that growing up = accepting that your parents are ALWAYS right. Embrace it. Like most, I’ve had my heartbroken, and I do believe that I’ve walked away smarter and stronger. “Thanks for the memories, even though they weren’t so great.†Sorry couldn’t resist.
Just recently learned what it means to be a true friend, and although they may be few in number, I love and appreciate my true friends more than they could possibly know. Ryan and Kara this means you. I love to read, and dance, and Sugar-Free Redbull, and hot pink toenails, and fruity drinks where you can’t taste the alcohol, and I love zoos, and museums, and shoes, and piercings and tattoos, and I love Love LOVE my dog, and my bird, and my family…especially my brother. Music really makes my life complete, and while I can dance to just about anything, I love listening to really good music… like Coldplay, or the USED, or Death Cab for Cutie. Or Elton John. Seriously. I firmly believe that good things come to those who wait so for now, I’m just waiting. And for what its worth, I prefer Coke to Pepsi.
