About Me
Adrian grew up in West London and began his obsession with Dance music in the early to mid 90s, taking initial influence from some of the prominent harder Techno DJs of that time - Dave Clarke, Richie Hawtin and Jeff Mills were key figures.
Originally from an Indie background, though always with a ravenous appetite for music, he connected with the energy of Techno before learning to appreciate the subtler lure of House music. Having been instrumental in the birth of Milk N 2 Sugars (a now successful label, management company and global house music brand) it helped sew the first seeds of an electronic music education, and provided the impetus to have a go himself.
Time was invested. Horizons broadened. Adrian grew bored with much of the generic House being released and delved deeper, his interest piqued by the early output of labels such as Kompakt, Get Physical and Marine Parade. This music seemed the perfect blend of dancefloor vs. funk/electro/rock grooves.
Adrian is still based in West London where he is a creative director in the Westbourne Studios and co-founder of E.T.A, a new and fresh word of mouth based event company that holds ‘warehouse’ parties around the area.
Through E.T.A Adrian has ramped his DJ career up no end and has enjoyed playing alongside some of the finest Producer/DJ’s of the moment including Greg Wilson, Tom Middleton, The Freestylers, Evil Nine, Audio Bullys, Groove Armada and Spooky to name a few.
Skip forward to 2007. The year looks promising with already plenty of bookings in the diary including the Benicasim festival in Spain, Lovebox Festival in London, Ibiza and various other festivals across Europe. E.T.A has plenty of belters tee’d up too across the capital.
