Grow Inside was formed by Jesús (Bass), Miguel (guitar), Stow (vocals), Xavi (guitars) and Oscar (drums) during July/August 2004, on a Mediterranean coast city called Benicarló (Castellón). Before this definitive line-up, it´s have been four years of different bands and unsuccesful projects: Stow, Miguel and Carlos (Bastard Fiends) made a band called "Action Is The Only Answer", Stow also used to sing in "Infernal Darkness", another local band. Later, Xavi and Adrian (The Happiness Project) formed "Electric Funeral", months later the band broke up, and Xavi and Jesús formed "Murder One". Jose (The Happiness Project) was the drummer for all this bands along the years.
When Jose left "Murder One", Xavi and Jesús, looked for a new band, and take the music matters more seriously. Oscar took the drums, Stow and Miguel joined the party and all them formed the current line-up.
For a months the guys were jamming and playing their favourite bands, at Xavi´s home garage...They used to play Metallica, Bad Religion, Ramones, Sepultura, NOFX....and trying a couple of songs.
During July 2004 the dudes found a better jamhouse to rehearse, in August the guys named the band, and the first songs were written. "You´ve got the way" was the first one, and it was continued with a list of songs that have become the trademark of the band, like "Deaf Eyes, blind Ears". There are some ones the band played only at the debut gigs, and could be B sides stuff in a future.
Seven months later the band were formed, Grow inside debuted at Amposta´s Musicadict Fest, with a 1 hour show to an audience of more than 300 people. And the story goes...
