A Piece Of My Mind

About Me

I am waitressing at Mamacita's now. It's a great job with good money and cool people so I'm pretty happy there, plus half price amazing mexican food, what more could I ask? By the way, Tyler Hominick is without a doubt the most wonderful, handsome, and perfect man alive but, sorry ladies, he's taken!!

My Interests

I don't really know what I'm interested in-I'm kind of low key (a nice way of saying I have no life). I'm passionate about my majors-Criminal Justice and Psychology-there's no end to the things you can learn about your own behavior. I like playing nintendo and drinking wine, especially at the same time, and if I could I'd lay around and do nothing all day and feel completely satisfied.

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to meet Will Ferrell. He is so funny and seems to be a genuine person and I'd want to ask him what motivates him and where the hell he gets his sense of humor from because it's genius. Rock on Will!!!

Music:

I like country music and I never really knew good rock stuff until I met Tyler but I like listening to that as well. There's not really any good new artists though that are worth mentioning so... I guess I won't bother. By the way, I hate Taking Back Sunday, The Used, and anything else that sounds like them.

Movies:

I'm a sucker for Disney movies, what can I say. I don't know why they are so hilarious to me but I find them entertaining all the time. I like chick flicks (go figure) and comedies (especially Will Ferrell ones) but every now and then I find a good guy movie that I love, like Sin City, possibly the most badass movie I've seen in a really long time. Tarentino kicks ass too (thanks Tyler). One of my new favorites is Grandma's Boy...so funny!

Television:

LOST IS AMAZING!!! Every week it gets more and more intense and revealing. Wednesday nights from 8-9pm are what I live for.

Books:

1984 all the way! George Orwell is genius!

Heroes:

My parents are my heroes-they've done anything and everything a parent could possibly do for their kids. Trust me, there's none like them and I'm a lucky kid to grow up with what I did. Thanks Mom and Dad, and the amazing step-parents! My sisters are also heroes of mine, for reasons that I will not go into detail with.

One door closes, another opens

So I quit the daycare. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED working with the kids; they were fun and cute and cool. The adults were the ones I could not stand. Working under those managers was like the blind l...

So about 2 nights ago, Leigh spent the night and we both fell into really deep sleeps. I went to bed with my retainers on (yes, I still wear them) and when I awoke, much to my suprise, they weren...
