About Me

well, i guess this is where i'm supposed to tell you about myself. what i'm interested in, life goals, ambitions and deep, moving thoughts that are defining stepping-stones to the story of my life. well, you should ask me instead, because i really have no clue what to put in this section that wouldn't sound incredibly superficial, turning me into the person i wish i could be instead of the person i am.....
enough with the deep stuff, already.....
i think i'm cool as hell (an odd comparison, if you will), and if we don't meet eye-to-eye exactly, then that makes for an even more interesting friendship between two people, don't you think? don't expect much, though, as most of my "friends" will attest to. i pay them well for their acknowledgment of that precious word......
just drop me a line and say hi!
so, if you haven't already guessed, i play drums. all the time. for a living. anything to do with drumming and percussion i participate in. full kit, marching percussion, acoustic percussion....you name it, i play it. most of the bands and artists i play for or have played for are on my "top friends" list, but here's my nashville (and other scattered places) resume, if you're interested: Bridgette Tatum, Stateliner, Anthony Wayne, Rick Trace, Jessica Dawn, The Jeff Shephard Band, Alfonso Young, Tiffany Huggins Grant, Peter Wells, Cutter Lee and Six Gun Chapel, Jeff Adkins, X-Up, Everybody's Band, Shelby Horner & The Next Exit, Mason Douglas, Karen Waldrup, Shalacy Griffin, Jami Grooms and Laurie Anne Gardner. there are more, but 4 years after transplanting here blurs the mind a little bit...i'm always looking to add more, though!
i also teach people how to play drums and percussion. any age, it does not matter. tullahoma high school is my main teaching position and i also have private students all over the nashville area. if you're interested in taking lessons, please contact me at [email protected].
this is some of the studio work i've been fortunate enough to have played on. i will keep adding material as it gets finished, so you can hear the diversity of my ability. click on the circle at the bottom of the player to see the song titles and artists i've done work for and please leave me some comments to let me know what you think.....

My Interests
