My full name is Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore: Order of Merlin First Class, Supreme Mugwump, Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, and Chairman of the International Confederation of Wizards. I am currently the headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I am famous for defeating the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945, for discovering the twelve uses of dragon's blood, and for my work on alchemy with my friend Nicolas Flamel. I was offered the post of Minister of Magic.
I am the one wizard whom Voldemort fears. My presence at Hogwarts made the school a safe haven during the 1970's and now I make it safe for Mr. Potter and other students alike.
