Music:

Music is essential in all facets of my life. Like Socrates said, "Give me the music, and I'll control the masses." I have gone through about every stage imaginable as far as music appreciation is concerned. Now, I have a diverse music collection. My number one artist is Al Green. He personifies my upbeat aura. I listen to alot of jam bands ranging from String Cheese, Dead, Phish, Widespread to like Karl Denson, Galactic, Keller Williams, Robert Randolph, and Yonder Mountain to name a few. I also listen to alot of dance music ranging from hip- hop to electronic. I absolutely love Daft Punk. I listen to a lot of breaks and house, but am open to dancing to anything that has a good beat. Which brings me to probably my favorite era in music~ the 70's. The beats of this decade are going to still be sampled after I pass away. I am also a big fan of the R&B of this era as well. OKay, this is a good summary, but I should mention also that I enjoy gospel, christian, reggae, ska, rasta, classical, old country (not this new pop crap), rock (not so much into the metal), alternative, punk, classic rock, jazz, and the blues (I absolutely love horns).
