Reading (when I have time), Gymboree anything, makeup, stupid guilty-pleasure-type shows on VH1, and shopping
Cowboy Mouth (forever!), anything from the 90's, Laurie Berkner, The Dirty Sock Funtime Band
It's been so long since I've been to the movies that I can't even think of any right now.
Dexter, The Sopranos, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, Weeds, Seinfeld, Family Guy, CSI (the original), Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck. THANK GOD for Tivo.
Just finished The Great Deluge by Douglas Brinkley (so heartbreaking and infuriating at the same time) and I just started Freakonomics.
My husband, who voluntarily signed up for the Navy when he was 16 years old, became a Navy Seal and spent 18 months fighting in Vietnam only to have the back of his head blown away by a mortar round 2 weeks before he was scheduled to come back to the states. He spent a year in the hospital learning how to walk and talk again, and lost most of his childhood memories. He still has nightmares about his time over there, 30 years later. But he says he would do it all over again, because he was "doing his part for his country." And he's the best husband and father I could have ever hoped for.
