Theatre, art, photography, music, history, religion, biology, sociology, reading, writing, sloth, procrastination, daydreaming, uselessness.
The meetable many.
If you like new country, I don't understand you already. Lately, I enjoy: Madeline Peyroux and Norah Jones, Barenaked Ladies, the Decemberists, Tom Waits, Lorenna McKinnitt, Jack Johnson, Bob Dylan, John Lennon (and the Beatles), Jill Sobule, Todd Snider, and plenty of others not mentioned herein.
I love escapsim. I don't like romantic comedies.
I have been robbed of my cable, but still spend too much time sitting on the couch looking at my glowing happy box.
Reading is good for you and for me. I like nonfiction, mostly, but also Russian novelists and Chuck Palahniuk, which I can't pronounce. Hindu mystic, Persian, and the Romantic poets make me happy, and letters written by long dead famous people make me happy, too. Victorian fiction is yummy as well.
Villians, or anyone well rounded enough to be complicated.
