About Me

I'm 25 but do not act my age... or so I'm told. I don't really know what that means but I hear it all the time. I'm at my happiest when near an ocean... I had a really bad spill on a motorcycle a few weeks ago but am doing a lot better now. Broke some bones, bruised some internal organs... messed up knees, ankles and feet. Since the accident I've played 4 shows with the band and also had a 3 1/2 hour jam session on air on 88.5. Life is going in about 4th gear now... things are starting to fly by really quickly and it's so exciting trying to take it all in. I have an overwhelming feeling that a lot of things are about to start happening and everything is on the up and up... well... almost everything..I have a problem with paying attention and that's mainly because I am obsessed with music. I like to think of it as attention deficit order. I am often seen nodding my head to the beat of my world. I like to throw the elements of every type of music that I have ever been exposed to into a hypnotic blend of seamless beauty and I strive to connect these elements in an organic way electronically. It's pretty sweet when it works. I live in a house in Lilburn with three really interesting people. One of them is in, and helped me start, the band I'm in. His name is Adam Herbert and he is a fellow badass at the guitar. I've been playing the piano for almost two decades and the guitar for fourteen years. I'm not bad at DJ-ing either. I play guitar, keyboards, turntables, drums, and computers for the musical organism known as Random Rabbit. I don't play them all at the same time of course but am working on making that happen with the help of Charles Pazinets. He lives out in Decatur and is the other person in the band. Yeah he's a badass too. Check us out at www.myspace.com/1randomrabbit. I also like airplanes and motorcycles. I've been a pilot for seven years now and am commercially and seaplane rated. Perhaps next summer I'll go for my glider rating too. I love meeting new people and experiencing new things. I have a very nomadic personality so as much as I love Atlanta I'll make it anywhere and adapt if circumstances call for it. I am quite good at networking. I have a knack for hooking myself up with the right people at the right time... and then them with each other. It's been that way my whole life. I guess you could say, "I've got mind control over Deebo!"Wherever I end up in life I'll be jammin. I have a lot of friends and make new ones very easily. I am also a very optimistic person and feel that life is way too short to dwell on things that are troubling. Some think I am hopelessly optimistic instead of being realistic. I like to blur the lines between the two because my attitude is what got me where I am today. Life is too short for negative drama and too beautiful for unhappiness and stress. I am very thankful for everything that I have and everything that I don't have. One day people will look upon my tombstone at my funeral and talk about what I did with that little dash in between my birth and my death. They better not be wearing black!!! The most important thing I have learned and am still learning in some sense is that when you find what you truly wish to be in life no one and nothing can stop you from doing it if you really want to. That may mean that you end up penniless in the gutter or a multi-millionaire or somewhere in between... either way... if you did what you wanted with your life then you succeeded in the end. It's all about the dash. music layout @ HOT FreeLayouts.com
