Purpleindigo was established back in 1994 - Nottingham UK. Starting out as a marketing, decor and design company to clubs and events across the East Midlands - working with promoters such as Charley Chester, Alister Whitehead,James Bailey and Paul Smith.In 1995 we threw our first event "Base" with DJ's Ade Fenton and Bassryder - a DnB / Techno mix. We got raided by the Police. It didn't put us off though - we
continued putting on events until we were approached and ask if we wanted to go to Florida to market, brand and run a nightclub. This was early 1997.Six weeks later we were living it up in Tampa, Florida and establishing "Majestik" - a venue which in its short life-span (3 months - the owner forgot about the entertainment license) featured: The Lisa Marie Experience, Norman Jay, Rabbit in the Moon, DJ Fear and Graham Gold to name a few.A move South seemed like a good idea, so we moved to SoBe Miami. From 1997 to 2002 we raised merry hell across venues on South Beach with our now legendary "Naïve" Hard House events and The "Future Funk" DnB events. This is where we met Goldie, we were the first to have him DJ in Miami outside of WMC.Some of our club conquests included: Groovejet, Liquid, Shadow Lounge, Bash, Amnesia, Club N and many more.As well as enjoying the nightlife we also continued the marketing, decor, design and branding side of things for most of the clubs on and off SoBe as a HED Productions / Purpleindigo collaboration.In 2000 we started P.I.M.P DJS (Purple Indigo Management & Production - F*ck knows how that came about!!) - our first DJ agency. Representing DJ's from across America and Ibiza.2002 came and we decided to move back to the UK. Most club owners were after us for destroying sound systems, Speed Garage was done with (Thank God!) and we were getting older.Since 2002 we have worked with and managed many major artists and labels including: Goldie, Danny & Richard McNamara (Embrace), Amnesia (Ibiza), Metalheadz, Funky Lounge (Ibiza), Lee Cakebread, Warner Music, the list goes on.Now in our 13th year we have all grown up (Well sort of...) and now concentrate on Management and Design & Marketing strategies to the music industry. Working with and alongside not only established artists, labels and acts - but also with new up and coming ones as well.Oh, we still throw occasional events in Ibiza (Sound systems permitting) and we still have very poor taste in T shirts.NOW MANAGING / REPRESENTING:
