I began developing my blending skills using a belt drive turntable and a tape deck. People thought I had a studio. In my senior year of high school my cuz INCH introduced me to DJ MARVELOUS, who in turn taught me how to use Technic 1200's. From that day forth I honed my skills doing house parties with DJ MARVELOUS.In 2001 I dropped my first mixtape "DEEP IN THAT ASS vol 1" with the help of EASE(Bloodthick, Hoodwerkz Productions). I took a shot at DJ Q45. At that time I was chillin with my man LOUIS VUITTON(The Senate) who supported me in the hood. I never put that cd in stores, i just sold it in the hood.In 2002 I was introduced to the bar scene. My dad hooked me up with DJ KEITH. DJ KEITH helped me to change my style of playing from "ALL BLENDS,ALL NIGHT" to just playing the music straight up. In doing that I began building a fan base.And then THE BLENDFATHER was born. I gave myself that name. At that time everybody doing blend cds were calling themselves so called "BLEND KINGS, and BLEND MASTERS" which was cool but I wanted to be individual. I dropped THE BLENDFATHER part 1 with the help of DJ BIG HYPE. I took that cd to my man K-LUV at WORLD OF MUSIC. He pushed my cd and helped me get an even bigger fan base in the streets.Currently I dj at REMEY'S every weekend. I'm trying to get my music heard in out of town.
