Which Swinging Sixties 60's Chick Are You...? (Detailed results.... UPDATED IMPROVED PICTURES!)
You are Marianne Faithfull...Congratulations! You are my heroine! A singer, actress, rock star girl-friend and all round beautiful person, you are also a poster girl for 60's excess. Due to your blond hair, big eyes and innocent appearance, you inspire chivalry in people- they want to take care you. In reality, however, you are strong and independent- you do not want to be controlled. You are ethereal and intense and people find it hard to know the "real" you. You are experimental and willing to try anything once. You are adventourous and people are drawn to your beauty and magical quality. You like to be surrounded by beautiful things... clothes, literature, music, people and have romantic notions about drugs and decandent living. Sex, drugs and rock 'n roll, you started using pot and sleeping with girls at age 17, by 22 you had slept with 3 Rolling Stones, countless rock stars and were living on a wall, shooting up heroin. Times have been tough but you have survived, you have overcome many addictions and are still recording today. You have a strong soul.Described as having the face of an angel and the best body in rock music, along with Keith Richards, you are something of a minor medical miracle!

I'd like to meet:

No one really that I can think of, or at least no one alive. In deed as I've sat here thinking about it no one dead either. Still it would be nice to meet someone who knows what size t-shirt they wear. Still it would be wonderful to meet the band below .. width="425" height="350" ..

Music:

I just love this stuff, my advice listen to everything, even if you don't enjoy it, just give it a go. However if I really had to pick the greatest band in the world ever are The Fall. Also works by any of these artists are fantastic. Martin Carthy the soul of England a national treasure, Robyn Hitchcock should be regarded in a similar vain to Martin, Kimberly Rew is a wonderful guitar player and a really fun person, Blondie Debbie even after all these years plugs straight to a place in my soul that makes me feel like a young fool in lust again. Bob Dylan he is well just go and see him live your life will be so enriched for doing so, Kate Bush, The Chalets currently not off my I Pod. Do Me Bad Things (they will be sadly missed), The Tokyo Dragons "they have restored my faith in rock". The Vc's are one of the best live bands you will see "why Oh! why have they not been signed for world wide fame". Ed Harcourt is one of the greatest singer songwriters yet to be embraced by the masses. Goldfrapp well a voice which just plays around my ears like nyphs dancing. The Black Velvets Liverpool's answer to a question we haven't asked yet, but they are a great answer. IPO or Interantional Pop Overthrow greatest pop event ever lots of bands doing there thing because they love it. Really should add something about The Ramones god how I miss them the attitude those perfect little 1 min 2 min 3 min songs.

Movies:

These are the best movies ever On Golden Pond, Zulu, The African Queen and Herbie Rides Again. Ok not just the above but they are the ones that any day of the week, should they be on TV I could watch, even if only the day before I had watched the DVD. Ad to the above should be The Goonies a classic of my time, it's a take your brains and just enjoy yourself film.

Television:

God I hate any of those reality game shows, sorry to offend but it's TV for people who are sheep. On the plus side of TV well Spike Milligan Q series and the many other TV programs that I watched on BBC2 from halfway up the stairs trying to extend the time before I was sent to bed beyond 9 oclock, they were only a glimsp through a half open backroom door but all the more spicy for it.

Books:

Books everyone should read, Fifty Years Adrift by Derek Taylor (sadly only ever available as a limited edition costs about £1000 second hand but well worth it). Most works by Terry Pratchett are a joy to read, The Mersey Sound is to be honest is the only book of poems I've ever read but on the plus side it's great. Spike Milligan's whole series of war books are a must read or should be in any school. At the present rather enjoying Roger McGough Said and Done his biography.

Heroes:

Please view and enjpy the god like genius of the band below.. width="425" height="350" ..
