About Me

I have five brothers and sisters, and I fall directly in the middle. I thought I had outgrown my middle child syndrome, but I see reoccurences of it occassionally. I teach 5th grade. Sometimes I think they are teaching me more than I teach them. Hopefully they will turn out all right.

My Interests

Exercising, going to the beach, lake, anywhere where there is water, crafts, watching movies, dancing, and hanging out with friends.

Movies:

I'm a sucker for romantic comedies. I like to watch horror movies, but any of my friends will tell you it's not fun to sit next to me during one because I tend to claw that person's arms. I have a nice collection of 80's classics (Goonies, Gremlins, Working Girl, License to Drive, All the Right Moves).

Television:

I find myself watching any and all reality shows (Made, Gauntlet, Real World, Wife Swap, American Idol, etc.) Friends, 24, and Seinfeld are also favorites.

Books:

Any Nicholas Sparks books. Purpose Driven Life, 90 Minutes in Heaven, and anything inspirational.
