Next to brains, there's nothing the dead love more than Danish pre-fab furniture.

About Me

There's not a whole lot to say in these things. If you're looking for me from Long Ago and Far Away... I've been married for nine years to a wonderful guy named Eric. We moved to Oklahoma City four years ago from the Minneapolis/St Paul area. We have two amazing boys. Chris, aka "Dash", is a 7 year old first grader. He keeps us busy between football and baseball year round! Zack turned one in July. He's our little Devil boy.. but man is he cute :) Eric was recently promoted to the COM position within his company, which is a pretty big deal. I am still working as a photographer with my own little home based studio.

My Interests

Sports photography, photojournalism (general), travel, theatre, music, youth sports, Oakland Raiders football, Dodgers baseball, Texas football and Kansas basketball, children/parenting, amusement parks, goats.

I'd like to meet:

You. Just you.

Music:

I'm an eclectic- I'll go from hard rock to bluegrass to indie folk to country on the drive to the grocery store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jimmy Buffett and my generation's Buffett, Kenny Chesney. I'm an island girl at heart :).

Movies:

Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob strike Back, the Muppet Movie, the Great Muppet Caper, Muppets take Manhattan, Almost Famous, the Harry Potter movies, the Princess Bride, Bull Durham, Remember the Titans, and about forty others.Oh, and I can't forget anything with Colin Firth, because I have what is truly an unhealthy obsession.

Television:

We're geeks- we really only watch the Discovery Channel.. so Mythbusters is our big show. If we're home I try to catch My Name is Earl. I have a weakness for things like Diagnosis: Unknown and Dr. G Medical examiner, too. Oooh, and documentaries.

Books:

I ADORE a good Southern Gothic. If the character is southern and has killed someone, I'm generally all over it. To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee is one of my longstanding favorites, as is the Stand (long version) by Stephen King. I"m a HUGE fan of Christopher Moore, in particular the book Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, by Christopher Moore.

Heroes:
