guilty of making life more complicated than should ever be necessary...desperately seeking approval in the most backward of ways...
ever the pessimistic optimist
simplicity at its worst.

whoever stole my name and put it in this...thing...:
despite all my best intentions to be angry at this person, i find their work frightfully amusing...
i love sound and i respect any artist who had ever made an attempt to solicit an emotional response from a stranger by combining sounds in a way that they hope is new.
of course my favorite band no longer exists (dismemberment plan)
beck, cake, slayer, violent femmes, marilyn manson, radio head, bjork (especially dancer in the dark), sex pistols, pink floyd, old school metallica, rob zombie, afex twin, sweet child of mine by g&r is a guilty pleasure but i may as well mention it, tmbg, ani...and on...and on... generally speaking, i prefer the music to the artist with one major exception:
PKAT - the one artist who actually makes my life worth living
my own personal dj and producer who even took the time to help me pull my head out of my ass and start writing again.
brain candy, anything monty python, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, pi, death to smoochy, nothing, idiocracy, lock stock and two smoking barrels, fear and loathing, shawn of the dead, hot fuzz, anything kevin smith, ghost busters, the first matrix, labrynth, puni puni poemi, anything tarantino, donnie darko, i heart huckabees, et cetera, et cetera...

the term makes me uncomfortable... but i wouldn't be me without the influences of many...and i wouldn't strive to be better without the influences of many more....
