I'm a hairstylist at an upscale salon. I'm always taking classes, and I do as much fashion and creative work as I can... I love it. I like gardening. I make a lot of my own clothes too, but I really enjoy doing anything creative. Lately I've been hybridizing roses. Also on the list of crap I'm into; beer and wine, fabulous restaurants, my friends, travel, hideously expensive jeans, absurdly ridiculously expensive shoes, the U of M landscape arboretum and the Lyndale Park rose garden, sequins, bonfires, string and percussion instruments, your mom, green curry, tacky vinyl tablecloths, pretty hair, Angela Lansbury.

Heroes:

My dad has survived his childhood, the Navy, the monastery, two horrendous wives, and a heart attack and still seems to see the world through a child's eyes (when he's awake and not distracted and not on painkillers or anti anxiety drugs.)
