I love my family and friends. I also like working out - Pilates!I love to read (I am a true introvert).I am revising my first novel. Check out my blog soon for excerpts.My experience at Hampton was priceless...and my life since Hampton has been a joy...and some pain...the loss of my father...graduate school (ummm...we are not going to talk about academic hazing, are we?)...loving relationships...new friendships...great job with a great firm...supportive family...nutty family...good friends...quirky associates...and those strangers on the train that surprise me every so often. I know that I am blessed and every day is a gift and opportunity to be better than I was yesterday with all I know today.I've learned to forgive quickly...listen more...speak less...laugh louder...dance longer...and sing a bit more sweetly than...and encourage...I look forward to hearing from old friends, associates and meeting new ones...Soon then,1 Peter 5:7

Must love dogs! Just kidding...well sort of!Reading, writing, dancing and meeting new people who like to share who they are and their interests.I love to sing and I'm really digging Jamie Fox, Mint Condition, Heather Headley's new song, Raheem Devaughn, Sade - you get my drift. How about you?

Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Love Jones, Color Purple and most dramas that make me critically think about the world. The God Father Trilogy, The Verdict, The Pelican Brief (I'll watch it everytime it comes on), Lord of the Rings (Trilogy), The Last King of Scotland, Notes on a Scandal...

Everybody Hates Chris, CSI and Law and Order Franchise, First 48, 60 Minutes, Project Runway and America's Next Top Model and MasterPiece Theatre/Theater (I love gothic period pieces even if us colored folks were still walking through the back door).
