I am 51 now, old enough to be wise, young enough to still have fun. I have raised 4 children & have a granddaughter too. I hope to see Hawaii & Grand Canyon some day. I have been to Elvis home in Memphis & I've seen Washington DC. I have lived in Germany & Okinawa when I was married to the father of my children.
There is NOTHING in this world as important to me as my family. I lost my daughter when she was 19 and the world will never see as bright a sunshine in the sky or as lovely a spring day for me now... as when she was alive. I miss her more than most folks know, but I also work hard to smile.. to love.. and to still find happiness today.
I love the many people I have met since I first learned how to use the internet. I have MANY GOOD friends here!

I write poetry (mostly about my daugther) & I find it has been very good therapy. I always loved poetry. Now..it just has more meaning to me. Even Karen wrote some poems. She was all that I was.. & a little bit extra "mixed in". Someday, I plan to publish a book with both her & my poems and her story too.
