I want to meet fun people who are friendly and honest. Friends you can count on to do what they say they'll do, People with a sense of humor slightly warped like myself. People who play well with others, people who like cool stuff. People who are true friends. Pretty much I want to meet anyone who doesn't suck. And no angry people. Angry people suck!! I prefer to have guy friends. Most girls in my experience can't be trusted. They're always talking behind your back or trying to sleep with your boyfriends. Oh and I'm not here to date anyone.
The things that I dislike are angry people, people that can't forgive, or get over the past, insecurity, immaturity, flakey people, boys that fight too much, mean people, overly depressed people, criminals, crackheads, tweakers people who lie, cheat, talk shit, treat people badly, people who judge people or think that they're better than others, cause drama, hurt or use people... pretty much lame people or people who suck!!

My real life hero is my beautiful wonderful Mommy who I couldn't live without. She's always done everything she possibly could to take care of me. To protect me, and to love me. She has always been the most stable thing in my life. She is absolutely the smartest woman I know. She is the most loving, caring, understanding person in the world. She is honestly my very best friend in the world.
My wild and crazy Daddy who I fought with my entire life. Although I would never admit it to him...the more I've grown up, the more I realize he was almost always right. Funniest guy I've ever known. Ever will know!! And smarter than anyone I've ever met. He could fix or build anything.
and my best friends, who help me with my life, and inspire me with their own. I have many best friends. I love them all with all my heart. They're all my very best friends in very different ways.
We'll start with Heidi, my playground protector. Heidi has been my best friend since 5th grade. She taught me (even back then) you shouldn't take shit from anyone, to be proud of who you are and to be there for your friends when they need you. We've had some interesting experiences in 18 years. Her hiding from my dad on the porch after school to pretend I didn't have friends over. Then ringing the bell as soon as he got in the house. We sat near railroad tracks eating jars of pickles or bags of jerky. We got older and worked as house keepers for the strangest people you could imagine.
Next I met my best friend Caroline. What a sweetheart. She's so pretty and has the most beautiful laugh. Just thinking of it makes me smile. We had some fun times as kids. I remember laying in her back yard with her next to Phillip (hahahaha I was totally in love with him in 6th grade!) I loved hanging out with her and Misty. (except when they were fighting) I just love to talk to her. She has always been a good listenter and she makes me feel funny, and like my life is interesting. She's never judged me, never talked down on me. I can only remember getting in one fight since 6th grade. (about dating some loser. Thank GOD neither of us ended up with him!!!)
I started high school and started hanging out with my friend Starla. Oh man, what to say about Starla? There is soooo much! I probably had more fun with Starla during my teen years than I'll ever have again. We were always, and I mean always on an adventure. We would spend the entire day driving from one side of town to another. From house to house of random friends. She was there with me when I found out my biological dad (Dan) died. What a strange trip of a night that was. If anyone was meant to be with me that night it was her.
Now for Becka. I've got half a billion Becka stories. The best way to explain our relationship is... Becka is the Yin and I am the Yang. She's the optimist, I'm the pessimist. She's peppy, I'm mellow. We're so different when it comes to certain beliefs. At the same time we have so much in common. I think mostly because of similar life experiences. We've grown up together for the last 14 years. Both of us from little teen girls, to young women, to real "grown up" women. We've gone through so much together. SO MUCH. Deep things like hostage situations, similar problems with our first real relationships, she was there when I was told my dad (Paul) died. I've been Beckas "Baby Daddy" since forever. We learn so much from each other whether we like to admit it or not.
And now my best friend Mandypants!! Smart, beautiful, trustworthy and ever-so-much fun!! I've learned a lot from Mandy too. I grew up an only child and she was my first room mate (poor Mandy) She taught me how to share and clean up after myself (my mommy wasn't there to do it anymore) and she was always so nice about it. Some of our fun times included having mixed drinks at the neighbors and then wearing her prom dresses. You should see her pole dance fully clothed in an ankle length prom dress. Sooooo funny! We shot gunned beers while standing in the tub (so we didn't have to mop the floor) Mandy is my friend that is easiest to talk to and someone I trust with all my secrets.
My lovely friend Jackie Jax. My house mate in the bitter shack of resentment. My friend that can also look at the dark side (instead of the bright side) of things. My friend that causes me to break out the timer when we start bitching. My friend that would be there for me if I ever needed her help. Someone I can talk to about anything. We've got some past experiences in common. I've known Jackie for a long time. She's so funny and always says the funniest things. She's always good to brighten my gloomy days.
I don't know where I would be without you guys. I wouldn't be the Manda I am today. That's for sure. I love you all so very much!!! ♥
