Time for an update!.
Latest includes finally getting some freelance work here and there while I coninue to work at Techbooks (new job since May 1st). Loving the married life, enjoying time with family and friends (big up LC), working hard, studying hard, and living up as much as I can.
Dreaming of making a little more time for my hobbies: music, arts, and traveling; all which I will hopefully do more of as I continue to work towards maintaining a healthy savings account.
I'm freelancing to keep me occupied so, anybody out there need a graphic designer/illustrator/art director/3d animation character designer/photographer/pre press manager/flash animator/web page designer/hiphop beat producer? Contact me please, I hunger for a more creative gig!

R.I.P To my grandfather Luis Madrigal (1925 - 2006) you were more than a grandfather to me, you were also a father and the biggest musical, arts, knowledge, and work habit inspiration ever. I follow in you footsteps only to be considered half the man you are, there will never be another human being like you in this world. Forever I'm in debt with this man as I know he's looking out for me from the heavens above, being proud and protecting me and my family in every step of the way. Thank you for the memories, the lessons, and all the love you fed my youth with. I love you.
A giant dedication to the Madrigal and Mercado families on both sides of the border. This bloodline carries some of the most honest, hardworking, intelligent, and wonderful people in the world. Many thanks for all the memories. And to my new familia, the Ceballos, you continue to amaze me on just how strong a family bond can be, your gift is in caring for others more than your self, that's the true nature of unselfishness, something that I've learned to sharish as I continue to develop. Again, to all, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
R.I.P J Dilla aka Jay Dee (1974-2006). One of the best hip-hop producers of all time (next to Pete Rock and Premiere) has left us at such young age. He IS (his music lives on) the most influential beatsmith to a new beat maker like myself, his talent is unparalleled to none, his legacy lives on as the music he left continues to influence us all. His art carries on through a movement in hip-hop so rich that only a select few will ever understand. One of the most underapreciated yet most talented artist is now in a better place, I will always remember the way you spoke through your music and will forever celebrate what you left behind. Even though we never met, I feel like I've lost a friend.
