Once there existed a band in a town called Council Bluffs. They weren't very good, they hardly ever played shows, and they wrote a lot of songs about chickens. However, if you were part of the scene, then you knew that their lack of equipment, talent, motivation etc. in no way kept them from having a good time.
The mighty VP played their last show in November of 1997 at 211 Myrtle in Iowa City, Iowa. Somewhere there's a videotape to prove that.
