About Me

Rising from the ashes of two local metal bands, the members of Betrayed By Innocence set forth to bring some variety to the stale monotony that was the metal scene in their home town. After solidifying their line up in the Summer of 2006 they began showcasing their talent and building their fan base. Blending brutally heavy riffs with melodic singing and vocal chord shredding screams, they have successfully created a sound that transcends genres. Having played numerous shows in and around their hometown of Reading, PA with acts such as God Forbid(Century Media), The Agonist(Century Media), Apiary(Metal Blade), Suicide City, Ninetail and Stuck in Kaos, they are ready to deliver their sound to the masses. With a new EP entitled "The Ill Fated" on tap for a fall release, one should keep their eyes on this up and coming metal unit.
