Louis E. Leccese

I am a singer/songwriter/pianist/ (currently teaching myself guitar)... who has played many venues as both a solo artist and a front man to some really great bands. The songs that are on my page are some samples of some of the work I recorded throughout the years."Want to be Free, Room 16, and Sullivan Street" are songs that I co-wrote with my band at the time Household Saints. The members included: Karlos (Acoustic Guitar, Lyrics, music) Pete (Lead Guitar, music) Frank (Bass Guitar) James (Drums/Back round Vocals) Me (Lead Vocals/Piano/ Lyrics ,melody) We were together for about a year and half or so and played gigs on Staten Island, New Jersey, And NYC. We recorded the demo entitled "Room 16" 2002 at Moon Studios owned and operated by Henry Falco. We eventually parted ways but left behind some great music and great memories."Wedding Dance" is a song I wrote in 1996. I recorded it at the College of Staten Island in 1999 when they were testing the recording studio out. It became my brother's wedding song and he and his wife danced their first dance to it. What an honor it was for me to have my song played for such a beautiful occasion.These days I play a lot of private gigs for Weddings, and other affairs. Between work and school my time is limited to pursue a full time music career but I still plan on recording a new demo with just a piano and myself and some heartfelt songs I have written and try to shop it around. The future is uncertain but music will forever reside in my heart.
