Alex Wild

This is the profile page for budding sound engineer & producer Alex Wild. The songs in my player are examples of work I have been involved with over the past few years.’All Makes Sense’ is a live, acoustic version of a brilliant song by a fresh North London indie band The Epitones. I engineered and mixed the song in my dad’s shop (Wild Guitars) an inspirational, but cramped, space where the band sometimes rehearse.’Who Am I’ is a collaboration between West London-based poet and spoken word artist Lion Rai and myself. I co-wrote, produced, engineered and mixed the track in my bedroom whilst studying for a Music Technology degree in 2006’Save Me’ is another live, acoustic performance, this time by East London-based Folk artist, Jagtar. I recorded this with Tom Williams and Liz Williams at a live showcase gig in Brighton in 2007 and mixed the song at home.’Panis Angelicus’ is a lovely modern performance of an old piece by Jazz trio Tantara. This was recorded by Tom Williams, Dave Watkinson, Tom Watson, and myself as part of a Live Sound project for our degree in 2006. I mixed the track.
