My Interests

My dogs, Running, Baseball, Movies, Traveling, SLEEPING, great food, wonderful friends, good times, my dogs....and everything that goes along with all of these things. Of course... AGGIE FOOTBALL!!!!! MY DOGS oh and I LOVE TO LAUGH!!!...and my dogs =)..

I'd like to meet:

hhhhmmmmm....we'll i've met most of the people I have wanted to meet. so...i guess...uuummmm....i'll get back to you on this one. You can bet that it will be someone that inspires me...that's a requirement.

Music:

This changes a lot, I guess not change as much as gets added to...but Texas music is always the best... Vallejo, Ruthie Foster, Tyrone Vaughan are on the top of the "completely fab, can't get any better than this" list. Stevie Ray Vaughan and that entire family, they are all so fenom talented it's almost illegal. Willie Nelson...duh. and he's green, I love that!!! GO BIO DIESEL FUEL! otherwise, i like all types of music (aside from country, for some reason i just can't stomach it, oddly I can dance to it forever though heeheehee). Metallica is a daily must. Lostprophets second album was awesome, love Sister Hazel and Better Than Ezra. You can rarely go wrong with Jet (the 1st album at least). Then there is classical: Bach, Beethoven, Rockmaninov, but Tchaikovsky is my fav. Music needs to be good, pleasing to the ear, make sense but not be predictable. Predictable = sux...that's a good thought for life too. =) btw- Chris Issak's, Wicked Game...the sexiest, most haunting song ever...yummy (pant pant pant)Click to zoom in on my visitor map!

Movies:

L.A. Story is soooo great. multi levels in entertainment in that movie. Good Night and Good Luck...amazing. Amile was cute too. =) Then again Dumb and Dumber, Liar, Liar, Bruce Almighty (notice a theme here???) those types have a place in this world also. I LOVE to laugh. Serendipity, Say Anything... i'm such a girl. =)

Television:

I have to admit I am a reality show freak for 2 reasons; 1) I have produced a lot of them and 2) they are fun to watch. I love to see what people will do for their 15 minutes. I love Nip/Tuck and then there are the adult cartoons... FAMILY GUY and The Oblongs. "Ow...my soft spot...OH my motor skills" Those are just funny! HAHAHAHA

Books:

This changes pretty often too because i am a voracious reader. if i can get through it, i am raving about it until i get through another one. And I usually read more than one at a time. Notice I said "if i can get through it"... there are a lot of books that are so poorly written or just so dang boring that i can't get through them. it's a sad state of affairs that so many bad books are published these days. it's a waste of a perfectly good tree. War and Peace is always a winner though.

Heroes:

Well Jesus... What He did for us just blows my mind on a daily basis. otherwise, i'm my own hero... i surprise myself everyday with the amount of crap, pressure and stress i can handle and still i continue on. we are all stronger than we believe we are and we should be our own heroes. Inspire yourself! My mom is great one...she was a single mom of 3 and also gave my brother a kidney when he needed a translpant. she's amazing. can you believe there were actually people in the hospital that would not give to their own children?
