About Me

After having no social life for the better part of two years, I have decided it is time for me to re-enter the world â€“ and take it by storm. I am unapologetic for living as the person I am. Everyone makes mistakes. I donâ€™t really fit any particular mold and it has taken me a long while to figure that out and come to terms with it. My New Years Resolution this year is to enjoy life more, take chances and not analyze what I want to do at the moment. Iâ€™m learning to be less judgmental and critical of others, Iâ€™ve realized I have lost out on a lot of potentially good friendships that way. I like to dance. I love a burger after a long night of drinking. I am a work-a-holic. I wash my hair way too often, and my clothes not often enough.

You know the great thing though? Is that change can be so constant that you don't even feel the difference until there is one. It can be so slow that you don't know your life is better, or worse, until it is. Or it can just blow you away, make you something different in an instant.

Heroes:

My biggest hero is my nana - she just turned 85 and is still going strong. She has had a tough life raising her three children on her own after my grandfather died in the early 60's. She gave each of us a place to stay while we were in the crossroads of our lives and she has never asked for anything from anyone in return. She is by far one of the most caring and selfless people I know.
