There have been lots of ups and downs, but ultimately at the end of the day, that's what makes you who you are. We all know how to laugh, we all know how to cry, and we all know how to love. We all know heartbreak, but the world keeps moving along with it. And everything we experience helps us realize how beautiful life really is.

Live to live, live to love, live to learn, and live to leave a legacy... Love is the triumph of imagination over intelligence... Because that shot was a defining moment, and when a defining moment comes along you either define the moment or it defines you... So anytime somebody needs you, don't let them down, although it grieves you...someday you'll need someone like they do, looking for what you knew... Like the fire that burns the air...I wont burn unless you're there... A decade ago I never thought I would be 23 on verge of spontaneous combustion, woe is me, but i guess that it comes with the territory... There are things that we don't want to happen, but have to accept...things we don't want to know, but have to learn... and people we cant live without but have to let go...The hardest part of growing up is letting go of what your used to and moving onto something your not... Many bridges I have burned, many pages I have turned, but there have been lessons learned... You'll never get to heaven if you're scared of getting high... Give into love or live in fear... I was blind all the time I was learning to see... The true test of character is not how much we know how to do, but how we behave when we don't know what to do... I'm scared of many things- but most of all im scared of walking away from this and never feeling again the way I feel when im with you... I'm not afraid of pain, im afraid of failure... You want it but you fear it but you love it when your near it... Love is giving someone the ability to destroy you, but trusting them not to... You can't lose something you never had... Don't let life pass you by, where you stand... is where your dreams take you... Unless you can see inside my head, you can't possibly understand... In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: it goes on...

If you have never listened to Jeff Johnson, check him out... he is amazing... and I cannot get enough of this lyric...it is from his song 'Streets of Shame'. I think the words are extremely powerful.....
