not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.

About Me

it's been quite some time now since I said I was going to update this, so I thought now might be a good time... I like architecture, bicycles, travel, and if I can combine all three I'm generally happy to. Although the bicycles part in the past has tended to be a bit cumbersome. I have a difficult time limiting my packing when it comes to luggage as it is and it provides me with one more opportunity to include those two extra pairs of shoes I might have otherwise left behind :| I'm in what seems like a constant process of re-evaluating but for the time being the reasons you should get to know me... I won't profess to know exactly: I'm open-minded, thoughtful, have an interest in politics, a propensity for truthfulness which at times astounds/confounds people, I'm athletic, fit and fun in general, I am well read though not to the degree that I would like. I hold a sense of wonder about the things that happen in the world and love to try new things. On a side note, if I say I'm going to do something I tend to follow through, so if that concerns you... On the negative side, and yes there are negatives, I've been told I can be vague at times, when it comes to things I need to accomplish for myself, I procrastinate to seemingly no end, it at times hasn't lent itself well to... hm, I'm working on it. I can be somewhat aloof, which also doesn't lend itself well to certain situations. I lean towards the obscure, and sometimes am too subtle for my own good. While I may ascribe to one good turn deserves another, I'm not terribly good at either asking for help or accepting it. Perhaps you should be more concerned about these vices than the aforementioned following through...

My Interests

Tennis, Cycling, Architecture, Reading, Basketball, Futbol:)... Finding out new things about the people around me and myself. Working on that one though, as I'm self-absorbed... :| and everyone should check this out... just keep in mind, its an idea as of yet unrealized... www.arcosanti.org

I'd like to meet:

now as for this section. People in the area, people that live abroad or in the US. If you're into cycling and want someone to go riding with... (once the weather warms up a bit or I suppose we could set up indoor trainers?) If you're in the architecture field that would be fantastic and a plus, contacts are nice to have. Lastly, someone not looking to drive me to the brink... lol, seriously :|

Velvet Revolver, Aimee Mann, Tom Petty, CAT POWER, Gin Blossoms, The Cardigans, La Boheme, Aqua, Pearl Jam, Aerosmith, U2, Anna Vissi, Madonna, Bach, Bjork, Danzig, The Cranberries, Loreena McKennitt, Guns N Roses, Jewel, Milla, Ani Difranco, Lenny Kravitz, Duran Duran, Moby , U2, No Doubt, Billy Idol, Dolly Parton, Mozart, Led Zeppelin, Annie Lennox, Bob Marley, Il Pirata...

Movies:
