Athletic; love playing any sport really, especially tennis, hiking and hoops, Traveller; been trekking the globe since a young age, been to Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, on the way to So America; Life's an adventure! My Interests

The Arts in all forms, international travel, jamming 'round the bbq with friends on "Sangria Sunday" summer evenings, sipping...O.K. swiggin' a fine old vintage, any outdoorsy adventure in nature like; hiking, camping, swimming, bodysurfin', also enjoy composing tunes on piano or gee-tar, oil painting in my studio in the middle of the night, gardening in the backyard (yes gardening!) and a balls-out, drag-em-out, playoff hockey game!!! and lastly, a nice long soothing dip in the spa under a crisp clear starlit night sky...and to all a goodnight.

Vincent and Theo Van Gogh, John Winston Lennon, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Rembrandt Van Rijn, Leonardo Da Vinci, Salvador Dali, Benjamin Franklin, Pete Townshend, my maker(eventually)...to name a few...

Music:

Dig all facets and styles of music, especially rock and blues for it's passion and statement. Music is the true universal language...turbos my "Everchanging Moods" (thanks Paul Weller)...I respect all musicians for their expression and artistry. favs include; The Who/Pete Townshend, Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros/Clash, Bob and Damian Marley, Beatles(together and apart), Brian Wilson/Beach Boys, Kinks, U2, Stones, classic Elton, the Jam/Paul Weller, Oasis, Zeppelin, BB King, Ray Charles, Sade, Nick Drake, Billy Bragg, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Norah Jones, and my pals the Tories(of old), Sugar Ray, George Fryer Combo, The Roundabouts, Peace Corp, FrogDog, Catalina Street Yacht Club (the drinking club with a yachting problem), ...the list continues...

Movies:

-off the top of my head; Good Will Hunting, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, Apocalypse Now,The Graduate, My Life As A Dog, Braveheart, Full Metal Jacket, Saving Private Ryan, Slap Shot, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Jeremiah Johnson, Star Wars (A New Hope), most Bond films, Harold and Maude, Rossmore, Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, almost ALL independent films...The Rager Movie, Anita Street Safari (my movies :~), ...so many to list!!!

Television:

at the moment- "Scrubs", "Family Guy", "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" -yesteryear; remember "Northern Exposure"? also "Cheers", "M*SH" -sports; Dodgers/Angels/L.A.Kings/Univ of Arizona hoops, and GB Packers.

Books:

me no reed enuff :~O ...me do things instead. Of course I've read Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons (the other Dan Brown book). I used to read Wilbur Smith's action-adventure novels, but now it's mostly art books and biographies -who's got time to sit down for 3+ hours these days? Let's go out and play!!!

Heroes:

my family and close friends - music heroes; Pete Townshend/The Who, Paul Weller, and the Beatles (together and apart) - fine artist heroes; Vincent Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and Renoir. Other heroes - The Flash, Green Lantern and Superman :~P
