Interests. Hmmm... Boys? Just maybe.
Then there's travelling. It's so much fun, and it makes you think about all sorts of different things. Although I'm not sure how good a traveller I am, I tend to get exhausted quickly and spend most of my time crashed somewhere, preferably on a beach in the sun.
Reading was like, my most favourite hobby of all time, then for some reason, I slowed down. I used to read all the time, I'd have about five books going at once, one in each major room in the house. Parents were thrilled. Naturally. Still, I am trying to reinstate the hobby to its former glory in my list of favourite things to do. At this very moment I have a pile of books to work through. Big ones. Yay me.
Which Hogwarts house will you be sorted into?
When I first read this I immediately thought hot boyfriend material people. But then I read all these other people's posts and it was like, wow, I'm a skank. Still, I don't really want to meet loads of famous people, I mean, yeah some of them are good looking, and they're all famous (duh), but what are you gonna do, shake their hand and never wash it again? Hooray. Plus I'd be way too nervous to talk to them.
I'd like to go to something like when J. K. Rowling read Harry Potter to those kids, that would have been very cool ^^. She's like my only idol - well not my only idol. But I like her best I think. I'm so lame.
Hmmm... Boys... I'd like to meet... A drop dead gorgeous male model? Or a drop dead gorgeous male in general. Not really. Well, if you could be drop dead gorgeous, it's like, definite bonus. But I really want to meet a guy I'm comfortable with. Like, I can talk to if I want to, about anything at all, or if I don't want to talk, I can just sit with him and be utterly relaxed. It's also really really really important to have something in common. Duh. And that doesn't include being gay. It's really a bit too obvious, and it's the equivalent of straight people getting to know each other because they're both straight (O_o) Can anyone else see the problem with this? And there's no fun. Well, there'd be fun and stuff, but it gets boring when there's nothing to talk about. Uncomfortable silences really make me... uncomfortable. Then I say stupid things like the previous sentence.
I would also like to see James McAvoy. He plays Joe Macbeth in the ShakespeaRe-told version. He is the sexiest homicidal maniac to ever grace the earth - he wears black leather pants to bed :D Smashing stuff ^^ He's the only person I get groupie like over so I thought I should at least mention him XD

Music is what I listen to, not what I talk about. I don't have an ear to pick out anything worth discussing, so my basic code of music is Dramatic, Energetic, Twisted. I got it off an article on Mogenic ^^

Movies are probably one of my major interests. They just take you away to all these fantastic places, and hit you with sound and visual and plot in a way a book can't always do.
My favourite movies of all time is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Miss Sunshine and Beauty and the Beast. This music video is pretty good (ESotSM) so I thought I'd stick it in hehe. I think the music is from Imogen Heap (who I love too) so here it is:

Here's a list of movies I like ^^ It's not complete, my memory isn't that good XD. Ten Things I Hate About You, The Return of the King, Meet The Fockers, Madagascar, Shrek, Ice Age, Legally Blonde, Jerry Maguire, Almost Famous (Untitled), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Austin Powers, Master and Commander, Love Actually, Toy Story 2, The Road to El Dorado, The Matrix, Finding Nemo, The Shawshank Redemption, Looney Tunes: Back In Action, The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe, ShakespeaRe-told: Taming of the Shrew, Back to the Future, Dogma, X-Men 2, Spanglish, ShakespeaRe-told: Macbeth, Princess Mononoke, Lost in Translation, The Corpse Bride, Spirited Away, The Lion King, Mulan, Howl's Moving Castle, iRobot, Kinky Boots, Fun with Dick and Jane, Gattaca, My Life Without Me, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, Crazy/Beautiful, Dirty Dancing:Havana Nights, High School Musical... The list goes on...
Oh, and the number one film I want to see? Eating Out, starring Jim Verraros and Ryan Carnes. Only problem is I have no idea where to find out XD
Haha TV... we meet again. I like lots of shows, Gilmore Girls is my favourite cause Lorelai is amazing and I want to grow up to be just like her but not a woman, and the town has such cool nutjobs (Babette is the coolest ^^)
Grey's Anatomy comes in a close second with the awesome Meridith, apparently her little monologues are stupid to some people but I love them so there :P Plus the music is great ^^
Boston Legal is hilarious, Denny Crane is fantastic (and Alan is great too) After all, anything Denny Crane can do, he can do backwards and in high heels.
House is so much better in the second season, he's snarky and sarcastic and great at it (go Hugh Laurie) Best moment: House 3, God 2.
I loved Veronica Mars, can't wait to find out who was at the door in the end of the first season (spoil it for me and I will hunt you down and force feed you vegemite)
Desperate Housewives is still pretty good, I love Bree, she's so cool, and I had a major crush on her son till he became an evil bastard.
Lost is cool cause it was so well done, although actually not quite as complex as Veronica now that I think about it. The 4400 is something I started watching in the second season but I want to see the first one now, and the final episode of the second season had some great cliffhangers in the final three seconds XD.
The Simpsons, obviously, South Park in small doses, Clone High when I remember it's on, As Told By Ginger cause it's cute, Rugrats for its brilliant production and clever humour, the Weekenders with their fab sayings and wacky pizza places, Outrageous Fortune, 8 Simple Rules, Home Improvement, Scrubs, The Nanny (I wish they'd put it on again) Yay, lots of good TV ^^
Yay! Books ^^ Here goes with the list: Nineteen Eighty-Four; Utopia; The Time Machine; Brave New World; Exultant; Mammoth; Evolution; Icebones; Transcendent; Howl's Moving Castle; Artemis Fowl; Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix; Poison; Rainbow Boys; False Impression; The Clan of the Cave Bear; The Return of the King; The Plains of Passage; River God; Kane and Abel; Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less; The Prodigal Daughter; The Power of One; Atlantis Found; The Winner; Wish You Well; The Shadow of the Wind; The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and the obligatory more XD
However, there are certain pet peeves I have with my literature. I can't stand a book which uses that poncy style of language that's meant to sound ye olde Englishy and medieval - vomit - it just sounds corny. If a book uses common nouns with capitals to signify importance I'm liable to put the book down, if not throw it at least five and a half feet away. Tenses are important, and I'm good at picking up on when they don't sound right, so it bugs me a lot. I think the other big thing is when people right a book without a point - it's things like Brave New World, Minority Report, the Shadow of the Wind, books with fantastic themes which make me think and consider things, which challenge what I believe that are worth reading. I don't give a crap about the mystical kingdom of whatever, beset once again by the overwhelming forces of the evil, all powerful Dark Lord who can only be defeated by one man. Bleh.
I think J.K. Rowling probably counts as my hero, she's like the coolest person ever. It's a fairy tale rags to riches story, but she's still down to earth with a crack up sense of humour. I totally admire her and if I could ever write a book even half as good as she has I'd be happy ^^

How could I forget, Eddie Izzard. That's right, the executive transvestite. Gotta love him :D I'm going to track down a copy of 'Dress to Kill' (one of his DVDs) and if I like you I'll let you watch it sometime. You haven't laughed till you've heard about Pavlov's cats.

A new addition: after watching the ShakespeaRe-told version of Macbeth, I have come to the undeniable conclusion that James McAvoy is sex on legs. Even playing a lunatic murderer he's sexy. Plus he wears leather pants to bed and an oh-so-smouldering chef's outfit... Major crush.
And finally there's Paul Dano. Paul Dano is my hero. I took a vow of silence for a day in honour of his character in Little Miss Sunshine (watch the trailer). He is awesome. That is all that needs to be said. Feel the Paul Dano love.
this is a very cute layout with smilies :)
