When I'm not writing or acting, I like dancing on tabletops and filling out online questionnaires about my interests... preferably while wearing a tube top and tassles.
Whoever stole my pants.
These days I'm in love with my new XM radio. Did you know they have a "classic radio" station with all the old radio dramas, mysteries, and comedy shows on it? Neither did I, and it's awesome! (I promise, I don't mean to sound like a commercial). As for actual music, I just discovered Iron and Wine (great!) and I've been on a huge Timbaland kick. I know, the two genres couldn't be more different... but eclectic is fun, right?
The Usual Suspects, The Hours, Far from Heaven, Till Human Voices Wake Us, American Beauty, Godfather I and II, The Conversation, Austin Powers, Some Like it Hot, Tootsie, Donnie Darko, Galaxy Quest, and many more that I'd love to add... but I'm running out of space and my tube top is getting really uncomfortable.
Classic favorites: Twilight Zone, I Love Lucy, MASH. Current-ish favorites: Ugly Betty, 30 Rock, Six Feet Under. As for unscripted, I love just about anything on the Discovery or National Geographic channels. And, of course, my personal favorite: EXES & OHS!!!!
I'm currently reading "Survivor" (Chuck Palahniuk) and just finished "Kate: The Woman Who Was Hepburn" (William J. Mann). Before that: "Complications" (Atul Gawande), "Me Talk Pretty One Day" (David Sedaris), "Seeing" (Jose Saramago), "The Glass Castle" (Jeannette Walls), "All Quiet on the Western Front" (Erich Maria Remarque), and the ingredients on my coffee creamer. Next up: "What is the What" by one of my favorite contemporary authors, Dave Eggers.
