We represent good music, first and foremost. We are a Yorkshire bred Hip Hop collective, now representing the beautiful grey skies of Manchester. Fusing the traditional sounds of good old fashioned rap with cutting edge ideas to create a modern relevant sound is what we work towards. We are entertainers, if you enjoy a show, make plans to come to one of our performances.
We like Roland 808’s, Tea, real drum kits, special edition Nike air force 1’s, poetry and Thundercats. We dislike bad attitudes, shitty rap crews, the continuing war in Palestine, tangled leads, racism of any kind and rain. Our production is looked after by myself - Whodunit aka Mayhem. We have performed in and around Leeds over the last few years and have now brought the heat to Manchester. Recently performing at Sankeys Digital Underground, Hiphoperation, Po Na Na’s Hit & Run, and BeatJuice at Joshua Brooks. We have just finished our new 7 track E.P - Public House Poets and you will be able to buy it from us or on iTunes, more on that as soon as its finalised.
I introduce our Dj - Will Dunn from Waybackwhen and Tramp! As well as our scientist of Talk Box and anything synthesized – Bpg. Its at this stage I should tell you about a project that’s gathering pace, classic 80’s rap, disco, electronica from planet 808 to a boom box near you, keep your ear to the street for the Super Fresh Power Squad.
