Hello everybody! Perhaps you stumbled upon this profile, or perhaps you've seen us at a show, or you're a friend of ours, no matter, we are pleased as punch to have you here!
We are Madison Drive, and we love music, playing it, listening to it, and writing it. We could not be more excited to have so many friends and fans like what we love to play.
A short background would tell you that the base of the band formed in October 2006, spent the next few months writing songs and trying to find our sound.
January was our 'official debut,' which as we look back was a busy month. We played our local, large and very popular radiostation KISS 106.1, 2 days into the month, had our first few shows and started talking about the future.
We found our sound and completed our band in february when our bassist and our guitarist joined to turn the 3 peice into a 5 peice and set us on our way.
Our sound matured, our path became more defined and soon we were playing our favorite venues every weekend.
This pretty much brings us to today. We will be entering the studio soon to complete our first full-length album and start a full fledged takeover in our neck of the country, then soon tour to see everyone of you!
So, we are always here to answer any questions, or just talk. We do try to maintain relationships and friendships with everyone, so sometime we can take some time to respond, but we will as soon as we can!
