Hear me in the Wind of the shifting Times; Smell me in the air of the deepest realms of Nature;Taste me on tongues of the Universal & Forbidden Word; Feel me through the hollow & filled spaces of the Heart; See me in the Light & Shadow of your Very own Eyes. Connect to me through the highest vibrations of Love & Consciousness that freely float through the Spirit of it ALL.

Anyone who wants to know the human psyche will learn next to nothing from experimental psychology. He would better advised to abandon exact science, put away his scholar's gown, bid farewell to his study, and wander with human heart through the world. There in the horrors of prisons, lunatic asylums and hospitals, in drab suburban pubs, in brothels and gambling-hells, in salons of the elegant, the stock exchange, socialist meetings, churches, revivalist gatherings and ecstatic sects, through love and hate, through the experience of passion in every form in his body, he would reap richer stores of knowledge than text-books a foot thick could give him, and he will know how to doctor the sick with real knowledge of the human soul.

~Carl Jung

Television:

There's a lot of junk on T.V. ...fortunately I have a DVR and just record what strikes my fancy and don't pay attention to the BS. Recently I've really enjoyed Arrested Development, My Name is Earl, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Boondocks, Daily Show, Reno 911, Family Guy, Chapelle Show, random History and Discovery channel specials, and occasional others...

I try not to make a habit of TV anymore... TV can disseminate your thoughts and disenable your motivation. It can entrap your attention in a state of mind equivalent to that of a zombie. It sucks out your life, numbs your mind, desecrates your soul, and languishes your body.

Books:

I take them and leave them, horde them and distribute them, I plan on renting a mountain cabin deep in the woods and locking myself up for a period of time with only the bare essentials of living necessary and to absorb myself in all the books that I possibly can...yea it's gonna happen...seriously.

Currently I'm reading a slew of of non-fiction books dealing with the Nature of reality, physics, ethnobotany, consciousness, and the evolution of human beings, including: The Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra, The Invisible Landscape by Terrence McKenna, Creativity, Consciousness, and Chaos A Trialogue between 3 amazing minds of our generation, and I-Ching.

A couple of my favorite other books thus far are Alex Grey's The Mission of Art and a novel based on a true story that is one of most beautiful and enriching works of word that i've read in a long while called Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts.

Heroes:

Countless Souls (Now and Then) that push our consciousness and spirit to the extremes of holistic and integrative thought and Love. Those that have revolutionalized and revitalized, resurrected and redefined...those that have evolved and push Re-Evolution, those that Nurture and Enlighten, those that fight the good fight and preach the peace, All those that sacrifice and have martyred themselves for a cause greater than themselves to plant seeds of change and growth inorder to bear the fruit of a ripened humanity - those that know the Work is never done , there are so many...countless and some nameless...I salute you all and hope to one day be in those Enlightened ranks.
