Love D&D and Vampire (wish I could find gamers on base), fantasy novels (recommend stuff to me), drawing (always learning), swords (or anything else bladed), armor, boots, sushi, sitting in diners for hours at a time (drawing, talking, or hanging out), music, wandering center city, south street and central park at odd hours, reading on how to do anything, and trying to turn at least one business idea into reality this year.
Interesting Individuals, pref. in the goth/ind. scene, but will have good conversation with anyone showing signs of brainpower; even with 3am, not all there mentalities (Watch out for the red-assed baboons!) People who can teach me things without being know-it-alls, (ask and you will know what knowledge I seek) Also anyone who still remembers me from the club scene in Phila, and from my various military exploits.
Mostly Within the Goth/Ind genre, 80's, Alternative, and New Age, plus others. PigFace, OhGr, MSI, NIN, Manson, Duran Duran, Bowie, U2, KMFDM, Cruxshadows, Bella Morte, Apoptygma Berzerk, Decoded Feedback, can't think of more right offhand, but ask if you're interested in talking.
Cool World, BC Rock, Heavy Metal, Desperado, Once Upon A Time In Mexico (but I never saw the 1st movie in the tril.), Boondock Saints, The Crow, LOTR Series, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Pi, The Cell (minus J Lo), anything w/Johnny Depp, Clockwork Orange (a little bit of the ultra-violence), Rocky Horror Picture Show, Clue, anything by Tim Burton/Danny Elfman, Donny Darko, Princess Bride, anything with Jim Carrey, Plunkett and Macleane, Kevin Smith movies, Empire Records (lucas is my fav char.) and too much else to name.
Invader Zim (i love Jhonen Vasquez!), Red Dwarf (esp Mr Flibble in the Quarantine episode), and Stargate SG-1. I'm trying to cut back on tv recently, but still find myself watching crafting shows, lol!
try the paladin by cj cherryh, stranger in a strange land by robert heinlein, or dhampir by jc & barb hendee (not bad), always a fav. Johnny The Homicidal Maniac (JTHM by fans)by Jhonen Vasquez, Lenore by Roman Dirge, and Oh My Goth! by Voltaire. Believe or not but I do read things adults do, I just like the violent "adolescent" scribble. BTW, those were sarcastic quotation marks if one must know, lol. Please feel free to recommend stuff to me!
Lara Croft and Sarah Connor, In this day in age, does anyone have a hero who isn't a fictional character?
