i'd like to meet bruce willis and tell him that i used to own a cassette tape version of his album Return of Bruno and that i think he really knows how to wail on the harmonica, man.

Music:

i like music i can learn the lyrics to and sing along with ... and i like music i can lose my mind dancing to. i enjoy watching singers and musicians really do their thang, man, when they're really into it, really givin' er in their own way and it's all good. not to say i'm not discerning, but it takes all kinds. all time favorite? james taylor.

Movies:

Water Street, Giant Squid Films. Directed by Sheldon Gillett, produced by Sheldon Gillett and Duane Andrews. If you ever get the chance to see this documentary, go for it! It's all about the indie music scene in St. John's Newfoundland ... the bands, musicians and characters that were at the forefront of the scene in 2002-3 when the doc was recorded. You might catch it on CBC Country Canada or CBC Newfoundland or order it from www.giantsquidfilms.com.
