Television:

Some people meditate when they want to drown out the incorrigible noise in their head. I find it much easier, and much more effective, to put on a sitcom or some kind of funniest videos type show. TV isn't bad, it only has the power you give it. And if watching Scrubs to satisfy some man-crush you may or may not have on Zach Braff mellows you out then I say more power to you, friend!
Man vs. Wild, The Ultimate Fighter, Carl Sagan's Cosmos, The Whitest Kids U'Know, MythBusters, The Colbert Report

-Ishmael
by Daniel Quinn
-The Future of Life
