David Marshall , and I like to consider myself a martial artist these days. Fighting and conflict have been a part of my life since before I can remember. After graduating high school from Bella Vista in 2002 I decided to try out the martial arts. Finally, after failed interest in Kung-Fu , I rented some of the early UFC's from Hollywood Video; I was amazed how easy this slender Brazilian man (Royce Gracie) easily defeated such large professional martial artists. Shortly thereafter I started training at the American Martial Arts CenterA year and a half later I found myself testing my skills in the Octagon for Gladiator Challenge at the Colusa Casino. Hooked from the start, I went on to fight to a record of 3-1. Living on my own for the last few years hasn't been without problems, but my life seems to finally be back on track.
