The British Fags

a crippling fear of intimacy my baby gave to me

About Me

Formed over a carton of Dunhills and a handle of whiskey, the British Fags have been together for over three minutes and twenty-seven seconds. While they like to count among their influences Robert Smith, Joy Division and La Mantra De Fhiqria, they lean more on their blues roots, AC/DC, and Minor Threat. When last lecturing at the Sorbonne, the members were thoroughly castigated for their blatant thievery of such notables as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Liz Phair, Natalie Merchant, and the Pop 'N Fresh Dough Boy. The members responded with the pithy statement - also purloined - from Pablo Picasso: "Good artists borrow; great artists steal." Thus satisfied, the audience allowed them on their way, but the group left saturated in grape seed oil for some reason, and at present, there are at least 30 members of the audience who have outstanding complaints with the local police for missing wallets.
