Someone who is honest.
How uncool is it to say you like 80's music ? Oh well, I still do...I like almost all music in moderation...I like most of it for the memories, whether old or new, 50's, swing, jazz, rock-a-billy, punk, R&B, funk, even disco (some)same goes for country and 70's maybe novelty or OS rap..newer stuff for me would be like Linkin Park, Puddle of Mudd. Classics like Tom Jones or Patsy Cline.
Stuff like Roll Bounce,(- the hoochie neighbor shot) Dogtown and Z-boys (documentary version ONLY), Pirates of The Carribean (- the boob shots) Kangaroo Jack (-the softcore wet t-shirt scenes) Parenthood (-the stripper scene) Hitched, Fried Green Tomatoes, and some old B&w's.
Becker, Star Trek, News, Roseanne, Sesame Street, Jekers, 21 Jump Street (have to rent this)( without Satelitte or cable, choices are limited) PBS music videos, VH-1, etc.
I read a ton, not exactly chic things, just stuff that takes my mind elsewhere, Sci-Fi classic, Mystery/Crime, some non-fiction, mags, the occaisional psych/self-helpish thing, homesteading even, shoot, I'll read car mauals if that's all that's around...The Bible (not as much as I should), and perhaps a very well done raunchy romance, kid's homemade comics etc.
Jesus, Erma Bombeck, my kids...people without silicone...Nakita (not La Femme) my family...people who take a stand for themselves, if that means vs. the establishment, well then...Burt, Ernie, The Grouch, etc.
