About ASJ:
*Notice* Our profile is run by several different people.
Action Sports Journal (ASJ for short) was launched in December of 2005 while the two owners were working for another publication. They had become frustrated over certain aspects of the action sports industry, so they decided to launch their own magazine - one that covered most of the action sports on both the amateur and professional levels.
With their new found idea the two owners packed up their belongings and launched ASJ in their hometown and official headquarters - San Marcos, Texas.
For the first few months in operation, ASJ was an online publication/news source (and still is). Though after receiving a tremendous amount of positive feedback from fans, a monthly magazine was soon put onto the drawing board. The magazine version of ASJ will be launched during the summer/fall of 2006.
