About Me

Hi, my name REALLY is Digant. A little bit about me...
I can party with the best of them, but you would never know it.I was on a TV game show when I was younger... if you're good, maybe i'll tell you which one ; )I am a vegetarian.I am a big music fan. It's still one of my dreams to start a band, or DJ or something, but for now, I guess I've just settled on karaoke (given enough alcohol or peer pressure) and a brief stint in a band in high school.I talk to strangersI am great at telling stories.I believe that humor is a good way to talk about difficult and unpopular issues, and make people think (Jon Stewart/Lewis Black '12)I like to dance, and think I do a pretty good job at it.I believe it's everyone's duty (in America) to question authority and the status quo. It's one of the things that makes America great.I like funny t-shirts.I get along with most people.People seem to think I know “everyone.”I am an optimistic pragmatist; I hope for the best, and prepare for the worst.I like art and other cultural stuff (museums, history, etc), but I have a low threshold for "artists" who do things like put a broom up against a wall and try to say it has some meaning (or put up large pieces of orange fabric in Central Park.) and try to pass it off as art.I like to cook, as long as I don't have to clean afterwards...I hear both sides of issues and try to make up my own mind about things.I've been known to instigate people into doing crazy things like taking golf carts out for late night joyrides, scaling walls of bars, putting beads on campus statues, and the likeI am usually fashionably late, but usually people are happy/surprised ("I thought you weren't coming!") to see me.I like outdoor activies and sports like soccer, basketball, and tennis, and working outI once had to write 500 words on "Why not to raise levity in class?" in my 9th grade social studies class.I can still tell you when you would need to roll a d10.I like to lead, rather than follow. Sometimes we may not end up where we intended...but that's what makes life interesting, isn't it?I try not to live vicariously through TV and movies, prefer to enjoy the real thing as much as possible.I think I am due for another road trip soon…

I know it seems like a lot already, but there's plenty more. If wanna know anything else, my AIM sn is Drifter181...
