I'd love it if you read my blogs. I get some of my inspiration from various websites. Courageous bloggers who use myspace, youtube, and google to serve as examples. It is our responsibility as free to be enlightened. Our greatest freedom is said to be a freedom to educate ourselves. This is a backwards assessment. Education grants us the the greatest freedom: The freedom from ignorance, which is by definition a lack of knowledge. As Americans and God's children, blessed with intelect above the trillions of other inhabitants on this planet, it is your obligation to seek knowledge and support those who educate and support education. Knowledge is power, truth is powerful, but reason is the wielding of that power righteously. Knowledge isn't enough, nor is truth. Reason is what converts the power of knowledge and truth into your personal power. Rational thinking is paramount if freedom is to survive. As you filter through the knowledge and "filler" that is out there in media and government, use reason to empower yourself. This is the only way that a democratic republic can survive. If the middle and lower class are armed with the knowledge of the upper and elite classes...Because it removes their power over you...Making known to them the only truth that matters: They have only ever had as much power as you have ALLOWED them to have.

My Interests

Jeeping and music. Right now, my biggest interest is reestablishing the connections lost over the time in Iraq. I closely follow federal politics, and mourn for the loss of state individualism and national sovreignty, which hurts us in many ways all the way down to the local levels and into our families, churches, businesses, and schools.

I'd like to meet:

Interesting people who love life and cherish it as a gift and the only life they'll ever have. That is truly the apex of morality and value.

Music:

Metallica, MuDvAyNe, Godsmack, Sevendust or anything similar.

Movies:

Hmmmm...I like action and suspense movies, as well as mystery movies. I am a fan of film, and love war movies...Favorite movies include The Longest Day, Patton, Black Hawk Down, The Man With No Name trilogy, Mystic River, Donny Darko (weird one), The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Sleepy Hollow, The Nightmare Before Christhmas, Equilibrium, Raging Bull, Saving Private Ryan, We Were Soldiers, Braveheart, Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, and Enemy at the Gates.

Television:

I guess Family Guy, since that's the only TV show I have...Thanks mom. I'd be bored without you! *UPDATE: My mom has sent me season 1 of The Unit. It's a pretty good show so far. *UPDATE: I'm home and in love with "The Office."

Books:

R. A. Salvador, Terry Goodkind, Tom Clancy, and Robert Ludlum.
