I'm your boyfriend now, Nancy.

About Me

*Bows*
Hi! I am Xendria.
I'm a happily married libra, a foodie, a cat person, and a tea time fetishist.
I'm prone towards over-zealousness when conversing about my passions in life. Which, as previously mentioned, go as follows: Food (cooking, baking, eating) and tea.
I'm also heavily into: Philanthropy, gaming, herbology, romance novels, Harry Potter, metaphysics, alternative science, dress-up games, classical and new age musicks, the cello and the violin, ancient history, Greek mythology, Japanese entertainments, wine, wishlisting, and etc..
I'm a tortured artist, usually in the writing field (short stories, poetry, etc.), but I love all kinds of other artistic and creative pursuits (candy making, cake decorating, quilting, sewing, gardening, cosmetology, drawing, flash animation, web design, opera, etc. etc..).
If you're a player of Guild Wars and would like to add me on there, just add Flame Miranda or Avalon Rosemary.
If you're a player of Dofus and would like to add me, I am Rinoa-Leonheart.
I have one cat, a himalayan named Bella Morte (or just Bella). She is my furry faced child ^_^''.
We're getting another cat very soon, and we intend to name her Miko Mido (ha! I love La Blue Girl!!)
I am a pagan (lowercase. No neo-paganism where it's a religion these days, but I use it in the old sense, as in, I don't follow any of the mainstream religions, or any at all, really). I find all belief systems have something worthwhile to teach.
I favour Cherokee medicine, Shamanism, Zen-Buddhism, faerie ways, Angel Medicine, the Greek pantheon, and etc. etc., though, if you want to get completely detailed. I also attend to various new age and metaphysical pursuits, too.
I'm fatter and uglier in real life :D.
I am a genderqueer. I am a born female, but most consider me of a male nature or neutrally gendered. I always list transgendered in my profiles, if there's an option for it.
I love cartoons! (The Fairly OddParents, Duckman, Family Guy, the Simpsons, SpongeBob SquarePants, Tex Avery cartoons, Warner Brother's cartoons, etc. etc.).
Anime: Welcome to the NHK, Shin Chan, Elfen Lied, Dragon Ball Z, InuYasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, (I'm a newb towards it, though, so my list isn't very long).
I lurve horror movies, the older, the better. Gorehounding is good.
The Twilight Zone is my favourite show, followed by Roseanne.
God of War is my favourite game (I'm obsessed).
I love the -shit- out of Diet Cherry Coke.
I suddenly feel like listing long amounts of food and drink likings. Here you go:
Food & Drink

Favourite Non-Booze Drinks:
Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, Cherry Coke, Wild Cherry Pepsi, Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, Vanilla Coke, Vanilla Coke Zero, Cherry 7-Up, Sprite, Apple Juice, Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness, Pink Lemonade, Lemonade, Powerade Black Cherry Water, Peach Juice, Canada Dry's Green Tea Ginger Ale, Sparkling Cider, Whole Milk, Dairy Queen's Chocolate Milk Shakes, Shirley Temples, Ice Caps, Cherry Slushies, Orange Juice, Hazelnut flavoured coffee or variations, Starbucks' Mocha Mint Cold Coffee thingies, French Vanilla Cappuccinos, Orange Crush, Cream Soda Crush, really really cold Water, Chocolate Soy Milk, etc. etc..
Tea: I loveeeee just regular black tea, hot or iced. I love black tea with lemon, iced. Apple Cinnamon, Lavender, Rose, Jasmine, Vanilla Red Tea, Green Tea (especially with orange in it, or orange, ginseng, and jasmine, etc. etc..). Chai is my absolute top favourite of teas (Mystic Chai is quite good, it's a powdered tea, you should give it a go). Cherry tea, Mint tea, Dandelion tea, Chamomile tea, Apple tea, Vanilla Mint tea, Orange tea, English Breakfast tea, Decaf Green tea, etc. etc..
Boozes: I adore wine. Red, preferably, merlot, especially. I love champagne, too! Mimosas are also a favourite. I like Bailey's Irish Cream, Amaretto, and Kahlua. White Russians, Pomegranate Martinis, Screw Drivers, Black Cherry Vampires, B-52's, Pina Coladas, Margaritas, Black Cherry or Cherry beer or wine coolers, Canadian beer, German beer, Mexican beer, Bellinis, Mojitos, Mint Juleps, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Flaming Dr. Peppers, California Iced Tea, Black Jack, Jack and Coke, Chocolatinis, Chocolate Mint Martinis, Apple Martinis, Whiskey Sours, Gin and Tonics, Red Rose wine mixed with 7-Up, Fuzzy Navels, etc. etc.. ^_^ Yes yes, lots of boozes. I'm not a drunk! I only have one every now and then, although I am a wine enthusiast and prefer to have a glass or two everyday, if possible. Other than that, I love my variety ^_^.
Food: Although I love variety and all sorts of ethnic cuisines, etc. etc., I could eat pizza every day of my life and die happy. I'm very simple when it comes to what I like on it. Stuffed crust, preferably, not too much marinara, extra cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. That's it.
I have a huge weird obsession for garlic butter, too. I moved to Canada, and I hate their garlic butter. Too salad-dressingy tasting. So I make my own now. I prefer it garlicy and creamy, with a little saltiness to it, don't really like tangy or vinegary garlic butter.
As I'm originally from the South (Georgia, then Florida, with some Alabama) I -lurve- Southern food. Fried Chicken, grits (with lots of butter and some salt), Corn Bread (only the kind that's not sugary), biscuits (another of my "foodgasm" foods), and basically anything that's battered and fried up and full of carbs :D.
Brown Rice, -lurve- veggies (Asian mixes and California mixes are my favourites, but I also eat alot of peas and carrots, or baby carrots, and corn), Italian is my top favourite cuisine, I'd say, though. Pasta in many forms I enjoy (whole wheat, especially). Eggplant Parmigiana, Ricotta filled Ravioli, Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Fettucini Alfredo, Baked Mac 'n Cheese, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Cacciatore, Garlic Bread, Bread in general (I love making homemade bread. Sour Dough is one of my favourites, as well as French bread, White Bread, Honey Whole Wheat, and Oregano Cheese bread).
I'm a fan of salads. I eat alot of salad. Ranch dressing is my favourite, but I also like Asian Sesame, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Greek Vinaigrette, Caesar, Blue Cheese, Poppy Seed, etc. etc.. I love chicken or oranges in my salad, dried cherry flavoured Craisins, etc. etc..
I put pepper on a ton of things.
I also love soup! Tomato, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Mushroom, Minestrone, blah blah blah. Homemade Chicken or Beef is good, too.
I love mushrooms. Portobella I could eat a ton of, if sauteed in a little bit of soy sauce and real butter.
I love to eat with chopsticks!
I loveeee fruit. Cherries are my favourite, followed by tangerines, peaches, strawberries, and pears. Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples are fine, too.
I love cheese! Cheese is gooooood. And also, randomly speaking, my Bella would kill you over a small piece of Parmigiano Reggiano.
I love yogurt, too. Just regular vanilla, preferably.
Greek food, Indian food, Chinese food, Japanese food, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc. etc..
I love to eat out, or buy pre-prepared or frozen things, but I cook a helluva lot, too. Feel free to mention recipes to me, if you'd like, and I'd be glad to hand over some of mine, too.
Candy: Jolly Ranchers, Fuzzy Peaches, Swedish Berries, Skittles, Starburst, Dr. Pepper Jelly Bellies, Cherry Twizzlers, Truffles (my favourite, especially French), Cream Filled Candies, Candy Bars, Dove Chocolate, Cadbury, Nestle, Hershey's, White Chocolate Reese's, etc. etc.. I love peppermint things, too.
Desserts/Sweets: Mint Oreos, Strawberry Milkshake Oreos, Cream Cheese Pound Cake, Cinnamon Rolls, French Silk Pie, Apple Crisp, Peach Cobbler, Lemon Merengue Pie, Key Lime Pie, Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Glazed Doughnuts, Tim Bits, Krispy Kreme, Brownies, Thin Mints, Homemade Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Dairy Queen's Oreo Blizzard and Peanut Buster Parfait, Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup, Mayfield's Moose Tracks Ice Cream, Creamsicle Ice Cream (I lurve ice cream, period), Carrot Cake, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Chocolate Fudge, Cookies 'n Cream Fudge, etc. etc..
-------------
I also watch alot of Food Network, and save recipes online from their sites, as well.
Again, feel free to talk to me of cooking, baking, candy making, booze making, etc. etc., for I would enjoy that.

I'd like to meet:

Do you love Vincent Price? I love you too, then!

I get along with eccentrics and dandies, cosplayers, gamers, sci-fi nerds, nerds in general (since I am one), etc. etc..

I hope you have a sense of humour (I'm prone towards dark, crude, potty, and silly).

I curse alot, so I prefer to shy away from the prudish types.

I love the loyal ones, the respectful and considerate ones, the polite ones.

Open minds are a must, as well as those that ask lots of questions (I'll ask them back), and those that feel that they could be comfortable to talk to me.

I prefer those that can talk back in a conversation, it's most awkward when I feel like I have to rip out each word from you.

I also adore types that like to try new things, aren't too judgemental (it's hard to not be, sometimes, but at least be the type to be able to broaden your horizons and change your mind and/or admit it if you're proven wrong).

Have a strong moral fiber, if you talk to me, that is. And if you don't have much of any, then don't try to drag me down with you. I don't like people who hit on my husband or on myself, and I especially hate people who hit on others that they know are in a committed relationship. I disagree with the polyamourous if themselves and their partner are not consenting about -being- polyamourous. If they are, that's fine. Just don't hit on me or mine.

Be genuine, please. I find it very hard these days to find peoples who are genuine. I also find it hard to find those that are honest and kind, although being genuine deals with honesty.. Even if you're a genuine asshole, it's better than being a non-genuine nice person.

I wouldn't get along with the types that pull information outta their asses, or who condemn an entire band of people (gender, sexual preference, dress style, religion, blah blah) just because of a few bad apples they've met from one.

Dress style and musical and interests in general don't matter to me, but at least know more about your subculture before claiming you're the embodiment of it.

I can get along greatly with people who don't believe in what I do, if we just don't talk about it, and if we do, if you don't be a dick about it. I say you, because I'm generally not a dick about it, if it's going to be a civilized conversing.

If you have in your profile how much you loathe fat people, gay people, ugly people, etc. etc., then don't bother conversing with me. I'm a gay man trapped in a fat woman's body, m'self.

I don't give a shit what religion you are, as long as you don't shove your beliefs up my anal port, and I will respectfully not do the same to you, too. You see, to me, all belief systems have their assholes -and- their nice ones, so I won't judge all of them as a whole, but I also don't hold some higher than others, so I prefer to wait and see if you're an asshole or a nice one before I pass the verdict :D.

Leave your drama at the door, please. I've been out of high school for many years, now.

I would so enjoy finding people whom I could have a grand conversation with, have tea time with, cook with, share musicks, do spiritual things, have cemetery picnics with, drink some wine with, share a joint with (ah, that reminds me, if you're anti-alcohol and marijuana or cigarettes, I don't care, just don't force it up my ass, and I shant do the same to you, too), and share much amusements with.

Feel free to write me if any of this strikes a chord ^_^.

And if you've read my entire profile, include this in a message to me: A Visit To Box Five , if you add me, or at least if you plan on talking to me, anyway.

Be well.

--- X.
