From Here to Heaven

About Me

I love these things. They need information about you but they only give you a limited amount of space... So you try to boil down all the things that make your particular brand of soul different from all the other souls out there and you come up with, what? But, I'll play along:Hi, my name is Walter. I'm an actor/writer from North Jersey. Hate titles like that though, I think everyone is more than what they studied in school. So on top of the acting and the writing (poetry, short stories, and currently working on a screenplay) I play the piano, sing, produce, (electronica, you know, techno, trance, house, etc.) and a bunch of other things. I'm basically married to the arts. The search for something beyond the ordinary has captivated me all my life. I've studied the martial arts for most of my life, teaching both Kung Fu and Ninjitsu. I also enjoy running and free climbing. I like going out with friends, dancing, partying, but I also like the quiet nights at home, alone or with friends watching movies or just talking.I guess that really hasn't boiled my celestial essence down at all, now has it? Hey, I tried. If you really wanna get to know me, send me a message. I love meeting new people.

My Interests

Wow... I put most of this stuff up in the first area. Well I love music in all its forms. I'm not just saying that, my music collection extends from Peking Opera to Usher to NWA to Greenday. I enjoy creating it and listening to it. I enjoy photography, painting, sculpture, graffiti, dancing, reading, writing, acting, and everything else that falls into the sphere of art. I also like being physically active, running, volleyball, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, basketball, etc.

I'd like to meet:

I have an incredible group of friends now but am always up to meet new people. I'm looking for intelligence and depth. I don't wanna know what other people tell you to think, I'm interested in what YOU think. It's amazing what happens when you really listen to people's views, they cast new light on the mysteries of life you were having trouble understanding.

Music:

Here we go again... I like talented singer/songwriters, blues, jazz, rock, bluegrass, tribal, techno, salsa, merengue, jungle, classical, experimental, alternative, house, trance, progressive, garage, drum & bass, choral, gospel, r&b, hip hop, lounge, punk, oldies, pop, rap, hip hop, and the shit that comes out of Dave Matthew's drunken mouth.
